Weidmüller PVI DC 1I 1O 2MPP SPD1 MC4 10, DC combiner box for 2 PV strings

The complete solution for the safe operation of roof-mounted PV systems is represented by a compact PV junction box with SPD type I+II , which effectively protects the technology against surges and lightning strikes. In the event of a surge, it automatically creates a grounding connection , thereby minimizing the risk of damage to inverters, panels, and other system components. It increases the reliability of the entire installation and contributes to the long-term stability of energy production. Space-saving design allows for easy use even in constrained conditions of modern roofs. The device can be flexibly integrated into cable ducts or installed directly behind photovoltaic modules. Due to its compact dimensions and simple installation, it is an ideal choice for new projects as well as modernizing existing photovoltaic systems. Key features • SPD type I+II for protection against surges and lightning • Automatic grounding connection in the event of a surge • Connectors: 2 strings input + 2 strings output • Space-saving design suitable for tight spaces • Possibility of integration into cable ducts or installation behind PV modules • Protection degree IP65, operating temperature -40 to 85°C
